This project was undertaken for one of our clients. They had sourced this property themselves in a area that has great capital appreciation with the strategy to refurb, refinance, rent the property and hold. 

We were able to work closely with the client to redesign the internal layout of her property so that it was most appealing to potential renters and was able to command a higher rent for the area. 

 

Although the ROI is lower than properties that we personally source for our clients, in this instance the client was happy to receive 20% as her strategy if for log term appreciation which she is set to do very well from over the coming years.
